Thursday intervals and Saturday long rides

I'm meeting Eric Antink and TRIsh for a ride tomorrow noonish, possibly looping the dump, but we haven't decided yet; Eric and I will be doing intervals and Trish will be spinning, but we'll find a way to stay together.

On Saturday, weather permitting, I need to go around 3 and 1/2 hours. If the weather's bad I'll be at HOP. If not, I'll be sure to cancel my reservation , and then be at Camel's Back at 10:30 am. We did have a great turn out last Saturday and had two groups go in opposite directions. I rode with Eric and Rich from "Team Heinous" and met TRIsh out on the 70.3 course. A good push!
