Guests: First session free, subsequent sessions, $5.00

Contributions are always welcome to help defray costs of equipment and maintenance.

PARKING: Please don't block the neighbors' driveways. Rob provides use of his garage for these sessions, and he has neighbors, who probably like to get into their own driveways. Let's not jeopardize a good thing.

SIGN UP: Please sign up ahead of time using the link above. First 8 Aeros members to sign up will be assured of a computrainer. If all Computrainers are spoken for, guests will be assigned a CT on first come first served basis. Everyone is welcome to bring their trainers and share in the pain. Sign up should be by 2 PM the day before the session. Ken will maintain the sign up list on the aeros website. YOU CAN ALSO CALL KEN AT 208-867-9952

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION STARTS. IF YOU ARE NOT THERE 15 MINUTES EARLY, YOUR TRAINER WILL GO TO THE FIRST ALTERNATE ON THE LIST. All sessions will start on time.

What you need:

1. Bike
2. Magnet on your left crank arm. Available for $5.00
3. Small skewer on rear wheel, to fit into CT stand. Available for $10.00
4. 2 Towels, one for you and one to wipe down the CTs and platforms, and wipe up all that sweat you are going to produce.
5. Water and nutrition.
